Before YBY
Computers came to our firm we had experience in the
computer consultant arena, having had 3 or 4 different
companies handling our computing needs over a period of
approximately 5-6 years. In most instances, all of these
other companies were unreliable/slow in response and we
never felt confident in the job they were doing or the
advice they were giving.
When YBY came on board less than a year ago, we had a soon
to be out-dated Dell server and computers running on the
Windows 98 operating system. Half of our secretaries could
not write to our network printer and many times during the
course of any given day we'd hear of secretaries' systems
"freezing up" and needing to be rebooted.
YBY built and installed a new Windows 2003 server (while
adopting our old server for secondary back-up needs
instead of just throwing it away), built all of the
computers we presently have with Windows XP pro,
fixed all of the "freezing" and printing problems,
installed a central virus protection system and has even
provided remote-home accessibility to our office desktops
through a VPN.
YBY has done all of this at reasonable cost and is always
immediately accessible if we have questions or problems,
including remotely managing our network.

YBY Computers provides
services for a variety of businesses. Our clients base
ranges from a doctor's small office up to an international
transportation company with multiple locations. Our services
are primarily focused on small companies having anywhere from
1-5 PC's to about 25-30. We pride ourselves in providing
quality, reliable, and personal service with the human touch
edge so needed in this technology age, all of which is catered
toward our clients' needs and budget. Although we get most of
our clients from referrals and word of mouth, we always welcome
new customers however which they find us.
